Presence of Our Spirits

Are there times when our spirits will be with us more consistently? For instance during times of high stress, pregnancy, known danger, after initiation (like baby sitting cuz we new)?
A follow up… do spirits sometimes travel in pairs where you kinda always see one with the other?

Answered this on last nights call, just wanted to answer here so others can have it.

Yes our spirits can be drawn closer to us in times of need. So they can be overprotective and closely stalking us if they feel something is wrong or if they feel that you need extra supervision.

Yes spirits do travel in groups all the time. Maybe not always but thats a common behavior of spirits.
