Prayer
We provide regular prayer services to members of our community.
During these prayer services we sing and pray as well as petition Nzambi on behalf of ourselves and others for the blessings and assistance that we may need.
Ceremonies
We perform various ceremonies, from traditional rites of passage to more modern marriage ceremonies. Some of these ceremonies, but not limited to just these are:
- Spiritual Mass (Misa)
- Cleansing (Various Types)
- Protections (Various Types)
- Rites of Passage (Nkimbo)
- Marriage (Ceremony performed by a Notary)
- Drumming
Consultation
In the Nkisi Malongo traditional religion, one of the many beliefs is the divination and consultation with Bankulu (Ancestors) and Nzambi (God). This divination is performed via many traditional systems available to us. These systems are historically precise and can only be performed by properly ordained and commissioned priests. These kinds of consultations can be done to help others find the cause of many misfortunes in their lives as well as to help guide others in the right direction to find their purpose in life.
