Significance of certain body parts in spiritual work

Your head is a special part of your body that needs protecting. Conceptually, I’d like to know why that is. Are energies better absorbed or absorbed/repelled differently from the head? Is it the same for our feet? Are there energetic “hot spots” on our bodies we should be mindful of when we are doing spiritual work?

The why is a question I cant answer in public but yes, there are several parts of the body that have significant spiritual meanings.
